To that end we have a special group training session planned for tomorrow, Monday morning at 8 & 9 am.

It will be a workout that will honor those who have given their lives for the rest of us to live lives of freedom in the greatest country in the world.

Everyone is invited, and it is open and FREE TO EVERYONE (current, past & future clients.)

As usual this workout will be as hard as you want to make it and you can modify as needed.

You will burn fat. You will have fun. You will feel like part of the team!

Every guest of a member or non-member who shows up gets entered to win.

Here are the details for tomorrow…

Memorial Day Schedule:

Coach Gerald and I (Cheryle & Bill may also assist) will be teaching at 8 am at the Carlmont Track in Belmont on Alameda.

Coach Leslie and Tonya will be teaching at 9 am at our San Mateo Location on Peninsula & Delaware: 866 N. Delaware (between Safeway and CVS)

Workout in the morning and elevate your metabolism for up to 48 hours after with our afterburn workout model.
