Lots of Cool Stuff Happening!

Happy Friday, July 15th!

Lots of cool stuff happening right now, so check out the updates below.

Most of you know I am constantly searching for high quality foods, supplements, exercise programs and other holistic models that support healthy living. I have been learning about a product called Protandim which seems legit. From what I have learned, like fish oils & probiotics almost everyone can benefit from Protandim.

Watch the videos here: Protandim. It could really make a difference in your life. I heard about the science on Protandim and it peaked my interest. I discovered that there have been 7 peer reviewed studies, and 15 more from major universities, including Harvard, are currently under way.

Watch these videos, it’s well worth your time: Protandim

Save the date for August 28th if you want to attend my Summer Party at Twin Pines Park in Belmont. This will be a family event for all my clients and email subscribers, so bring the kids and an organic dish. If possible, please send me the recipe via email, so I can create a recipe book to give to everyone at the party. There will be kids activities like a jumpy house, face painter, volleyball, and my favorite wellness providers will be there to share what they do. The event should start at 11:30 am. More to come.

Here are some workouts for you to try at your home, the gym or during your vacation: Boot Camp Workouts. Many of the workouts require little equipment.
