Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 3 rounds:
- Chest Pass (30s) –> Add Moving Feet (30 s)
- Slams (10)
- Trunk Rotations (Facing Each Other) (30 s each side)
- Underhand Power Throw (1 Min)
- Push Up Hold with Push
- Sit Up Oblique Toss (30 s each side)
- Finish with Basketball 3 Man Weave-5 Min
