Warm-Up: Self Massage, Stretches

Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 3 rounds:

  1. Chest Pass (30s) –> Add Moving Feet (30 s)
  2. Slams (10)
  3. Trunk Rotations (Facing Each Other) (30 s each side)
  4. Underhand Power Throw (1 Min)
  5. Push Up Hold with Push
  6. Sit Up Oblique Toss (30 s each side)
  • Finish with Basketball 3 Man Weave-5 Min
