Perform the following exercises in a circuit for the recommended reps. Complete 2-4 Rounds. 1 Round = All 9 Exercises. You can mix up the order of the exercises.
- TRX One Arm Row with Rotation: 10 Each
- Battle Ropes: Single Arm Overhand Grip Wave: 10 Each Side
- Bosu Squats: 10
- Glider Kneeling Rollouts: 10
- Cone Fwd-Back Liners: 10
- Swiss Ball Jack Knife: 10
- Side Lunge Touch: 10 Each Side
- MB Shoulder Throw & Pick-Up: 5 Each Side
- Jump Rope: 50
