Menlo Fit Fat Loss Challenge Workout 2/26: FREE Community Boot Camp

Warm-Up: Self Massage, Stretches, Movement Preparation

Perform the following exercises in a circuit for the recommended reps. Complete 2-4 Rounds. 1 Round = All 9 Exercises. You can mix up the order of the exercises.

  1. TRX One Arm Row with Rotation: 10 Each
  2. Battle Ropes: Single Arm Overhand Grip Wave: 10 Each Side
  3. Bosu Squats: 10
  4. Glider Kneeling Rollouts: 10
  5. Cone Fwd-Back Liners: 10
  6. Swiss Ball Jack Knife: 10
  7. Side Lunge Touch: 10 Each Side
  8. MB Shoulder Throw & Pick-Up: 5 Each Side
  9. Jump Rope: 50
