Menlo Park Boot Camp 12/22/11: 10 Core- Cardio Execices to Flatten Your Stomach For Christmas
Perform 3 sets of the following exercises in a circuit or for 1 minute:
1. Band Kneeling Trunk Rotations with Weight Shift (30s each side) *Attach band to railing chest height
2. Cardio: Walk/Jog
3. TRX Side Plank (30s each side) *Keep head back and shoulders back & down *Use stick to educate about form
4. Cardio: Bleachers
5. Glider Roll Out *Key is to move from the hips not the arms *Modify range of motion as needed *Keep Chest Up
6. Cardio: Cardio: Basketball Lay-Up *Ask Menlo People To Bring Down The Hoops
