CORSYNC is our new member accountability software that will keep you focused on your health & fitness goals and help you get better and faster results.

Most heart rate monitors will work with this software, even an Apple Watch. A Fitbit is not compatible. Make sure your BlueTooth and GPS are on to connect.

Using your CorSync heart rate monitor will ensure you’re getting the most out of each of your exercise sessions.

The graphic to the right will help you navigate the use of your CorSync App.

1. How to record a Live class workout:

*Login to the NuvitaCorSync app, tap Workout on the menu at the bottom and let your heart rate monitor get connected
*Tap Live at the top in the app (do not tap Start)
* Tap the class you wish to join under Join. You will be placed in the class and the class will now be listed under MyClasses in Live.
* The trainer will start the Live class and the timer will begin running >>> workout!
* Do NOT back out of Live or force close the CorSync app. You can minimize the app or turn off the phone screen, but if you exit out of Live you will stop accumulating minutes for the workout.
* When the trainer ends the class you can tap Finish or Continue my workout. To Leave a Class early or later, tap the 3-dot menu at the top right of the Live class to finish your workout.
* Tap the back button to exit out of Live only AFTER you have finished the workout.

2. How to record a non-Live workout
* Login to the NuvitaCorSync app, tap Workout on the menu at the bottom and let your heart rate monitor get connected
* Tap Start to start the timer >>> workout!
* Tap Pause to pause the timer, then tap stop and save. You can use your monitor for all your workouts in the gym, outdoors or in our Livestream classes.
