Receiving an award is always good for business, but I really just want to help more people in need, especially now.
There are so many suffering with Covid and I know my team and I can make a difference if we only had the opportunity.
I feel I am deserving of this award given my amazing team and I were able to pivot online on week 1 of Covid and never looked back.
We had 3 brick & mortar locations and now they are all closed due to covid 🙁

It’s been great to work with clients all over the world.
We can even see your heart rate and calories burned wherever you are with our cool technology, which allows us to coach you even better. Basically, it’s like Orange Theory Online, but more personalized.
What really separates us from others is that we coach our clients outside of the workouts on nutrition and lifestyle habits that make the biggest difference for weight loss and overall quality of health.
