San Bruno Personal Trainer Workout 4/12/11: Check Out This Fat Blasting Workout
Core Workout: Perform 3 Sets of the following exercises in circuit for 40 min. Rest approx. 1 min after each round.
1. Swiss Ball Lower Abdominal w/ Wide Knee Curl Up
2. Tramp Jumps
3. TRX Elbow Plank with Lateral Swing & Mtn. Climbers (20s each)
4. Speed Ladder-Drill of choice
5. Band Kneeling Trunk Rotation (30s each side)
6. Band Lateral Shuffle (20s each side)
7. Bridge with Head on Disc on Feet on MB *Hold *Can attempt to extend one leg out
8. Military Sit Ups
Cool down & stretch (5-10 minutes)
