Obstacle Course Jog/Walk

WOD: Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 2-3 rounds
  1. Turkish Get-Ups-3-5
  2. Lower Ab Pike-60s
  3. One Leg Bridge Press with Leg Ext-30s Each Side
  4. Plank with Alt. Elbow Lift-30s –>Plank with Alt. Foot Lift-30s –>Plank with Opp. Elbow & Foot Lift-30s
  5. Prone Flutter Kicks-60s
  6. Crunches with Knee Rotation-30s Each Side
  7. Supine Russian Twist-60s
  8. Mirror Partner Balance-30s Each Foot
