“I’ve been going to Brien Shamp’s boot camp for a couple months now, and I mainly go to the San Carlos location. Mike is great – fun and engaging, but will still push you to challenge yourself. Each day is different, and everyone is friendly and welcoming.
You can go to any of the classes at any of the locations, which is great because you can check out all the trainers, and the facilities (the main Belmont location is pretty cool). And Brien has lots of great information and resources available to any of the boot camp members that make the membership so much more valuable!
