- Bosu Step-Ups (30s leading with each foot)
- Lower Ab with Vertical Straight Legs
- Battle Ropes: Egg Beaters with Semi Circle (30s) Plank
- Band Side Step-Bent & Straight Leg
- Sandbag Jog/Walk
- 3 Way Pull kneeling on Discs
- MB Figure 8s
