Perform 2-3 sets for 60s:

  • Bosu Step-Ups (30s leading with each foot)
  • Lower Ab with Vertical Straight Legs
  • Battle Ropes: Egg Beaters with Semi Circle (30s) Plank
  • Band Side Step-Bent & Straight Leg
  • Sandbag Jog/Walk
  • 3 Way Pull kneeling on Discs
  • MB Figure 8s
