Fat Loss Challenge Day – Total Body Workout
Each Friday we will have a challenge workout for you to test your fitness against others in the class or on the web across the country.
Warm-Up- Perform the following exercises:
Push-Ups: 5-10
Cobra: 10
Lower Ab Curl: 15
Squats: 15
Vertical Jump: 10
Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 4 Rounds as fast as possible. Exercises can be completed in any order.
Modified Handstand Push-Ups: 10
Box Jumps: 10
Plate High Pull: 15
Rope Climbs: 3
Walk/Jog/Sprint: 4 Laps
Knees to Elbows: 10
Ball Back Extensions: 15
