Medicine Ball Workout: Perform the following exercises for 2-3 rounds. Complete exercises for #1 for 2-3 rounds and then move to #2, etc:
1.MB Chest Pass with Forward-Back Jog (20s)–>Side Facing Trunk Rotation (30s each)
2.MB Semi Circle (20s each)–>Overhead Throw Kneeling (30s)
3.Indian Fighting (20s each)–>Sit Up Toss (30s)
4.MB Reactive Pass (20s Each)–>Partner Leg Curls (30s each)
Finish with Group MB Lateral Shuffle & Carioca with Partner if time for 3-4 reps each.
