SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Workout of the Day 12/21/2010.

Core-Cardio Workout of the Day:

Walk/Jog: 5 Min

Perform the following exercises in a circuit for approximately 2 min each for 2-3 rounds. The duration of the exercise is dependent on exercise #1. When partner #1 in exercise #1 is done with all 21 reps, everyone in other stations switches sides or moves to next movement (only with exercise #3). Each station should last approximately 2 minutes given it takes about 2 minutes to complete 21 reps each for the sit up toss.

1. MB Sit Up Toss to Partner (7-Right; 7-Center; 7-Left)

2. Bosu Kneeling Fire Hydrant (approx 1 min each side)

3. TRX Jack Knife (approx 1 min) TRX Plank with Hip AB (approx 1 min)

4. Ball Prone Cobra Hold (approx 2 min)

5. Band Trunk Rotations (approx 1 min each side)

6. Standing Hip Adduction (approx 1 min each side)
