SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Workout of the Day 06/04/2010

Fat Loss Challenge Day – Total Body Workout

Warm-Up:

1 .Side Lunge with Touch-5
2. 3-Way Chops-9
3. Push-Up- 5
4. Prisoner Split Squat Jump- 5
5. Walk/Jog with Obstacle Course: 2-4  Laps

Challenge Day Friday: Perform the following exercises as fast as possible for 3 rounds for time:

1. Side Lunge with Touch-10
2. 3-Way Chops-21
3. Fat Man Rows- 15 (men) 10 (females)
4. Walk/Jog- 2 Laps
5. Prisoner Split Squat Jump- 15
6. Decline Push-Up- 20 (men)- 10 (females)

Cool Down:

Plank: 2x 1 min
Cobra with Legs Up: 2x 1 Min

Challenge Day Friday

Each Friday we will have a challenge workout for you to test your fitness against others in the class or on the web across the country.
