Lower Body Day
Lower Body Cardio Circuit:Perform 1-2 Sets for 1 Min Each
- Side Step on Bosu
- Jump Rope/Trampoline
- Burpees
- Dot Drills
- Side Lunges
Finish with Group Medicine Ball Pickup Relay Drill: 3-5 x 30 Yards
Lower Body Strength Workout: Perform 2-3 sets in circuit.
- Kettlebell (KB) One Arm Deadlifts (DL): 8 reps
- Squats with Med Ball: 10 reps
- Straight Leg Pull Throughs: 15 reps
- TRX Rows: 15 reps
- Reverse Hyperextension with Med Ball in Feet: 15 reps
