SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Workout of the Day 02/09/2010

Lower Body Day

Lower Body Cardio Circuit:Perform 1-2 Sets for 1 Min Each

  1. Side Step on Bosu
  2. Jump Rope/Trampoline
  3. Burpees
  4. Dot Drills
  5. Side Lunges

Finish with Group Medicine Ball Pickup Relay Drill: 3-5 x 30 Yards

Lower Body Strength Workout: Perform 2-3 sets in circuit.

  1. Kettlebell (KB) One Arm Deadlifts (DL): 8 reps
  2. Squats with Med Ball: 10 reps
  3. Straight Leg Pull Throughs: 15 reps
  4. TRX Rows: 15 reps
  5. Reverse Hyperextension with Med Ball in Feet: 15 reps
