Inch Worm
Forward Lunges
Backward Lunges
Forward Lunges to one leg elevated
Lateral step to squat
Circuit: 1 Min, 2 sets
1) Stability Ball Pull Ins
2) MB Zercher Squats
3) One Leg Deadlift
4) Crunches with Opp. Hand Touch
5) Split Squats
6) Cobra Hold over Ball
Game of the Week: Basketball
