Dynamic Warm Up While Walking in a Circle
Fwd, Backward, lateral, carioca jog, etc

(Length Of Court), 2 sets
Inch Worm
Forward Lunges
Backward Lunges
Forward Lunges to one leg elevated
Lateral step to squat

Circuit: 1 Min, 2 sets
1) Stability Ball Pull Ins
2) MB Zercher Squats
3) One Leg Deadlift
4) Crunches with Opp. Hand Touch
5) Split Squats
6) Cobra Hold over Ball
