Upper Body Day

Core Circuit: 1-2 Sets x 1 Minute Each

  1. Core Board Push-Up Hold Rotation
  2. Lunge with Chest Pass (Wall)
  3. Pull & Rotate-Sled
  4. Wheel Roll Out
  5. Side Plank (30 sec each side)
  6. Medicine Bal Side to Side (Wall)

High Octane Cardio (HOC)

Tire Flip Relay (3/Team): 5 Rounds x 3 Flips Each

Strength Work: 3 Rounds of 1 Minute Each

  1. Triceps Pushdowns
  2. Two Way Shoulder DB Raise (Front + Side)
  3. DB Hammer Curls
  4. Standing Alternating Row on Free Motion Machine
  5. *Active Rest: Jumping Jacks in between rounds
