Lower Body Day


Dynamic Warm Up While Walking in a Circle:
Fwd, Backward, lateral, carioca jog, etc

Lower Body/Core Circuit: Perform 1 minute of each each exercise for 2-3 rounds

  1. MB Wall Ball
  2. Cobra Over Ball
  3. Lateral Step on Step
  4. Leg Curls w/ Ball
  5. Split Squat with KB
  6. Ball Chops

Game of the Week: Ultimate Frisbee
