Core-Cardio Workout of the Day:
Perform the following exercises in a group for 1 min in a circuit:
1. 4 PT Tuck: Elbow to Knee (30s each side)
2. Body Rock Side Crunch (30s each side)
3. One Leg Bridge (30s each side)
4. Star Crunch
5. Modified Superman (elbows to back pockets)
Obstacle Course: 4 Laps (approx ½ mile)
- Repeat above 2 more times
