SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Title: Fat Loss Workout of the Day 1/10/2011
Preparation:
1. Forward Lunges: 10 each
2. Squats: 15
3. Jumping Jacks: 30s
4. Spiderman Push-Ups: 5
5. Plank with Kickback: 10 each side
Perform the following exercises for 1 min in a circuit for 3 rounds:
1. Wall Squat Hold with Leg Ext (2s and switch)
2. Battle Ropes: Overhand Grip Single Wave with Forward Lunge (30s) & Forward Lunges (30s)
3. Cone Drill: 5 Yard Shuffle
4. Spiderman Push-Ups
5. TRX One Leg Squats (30s each side)
6. Plank with DB Kickback (30s each side)
7. Plate Bent Over 1 Arm Rows (30s each side)
