SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Fat Loss Workout: Battle Ropes, Agility, Push-Up,
Total Body Challenge Workout
Preparation:
- Jumping Jacks: 15
- One Leg Squats: (5 each side)
- Push-Up (5-10) *Keep Elbows in. *Lock *Keep Shoulders back & Down
- One Leg Squat with Opp. Hand Touch (5 each side)
- Good Morning with Hands Behind Head *Bend from Hip-Keep Back Flat (10)
- Forward Jog with Squat (2-3 min) Jog and upon instructors call do a squat
Workout of the Day: Perform the following exercises below for 4 rounds for time. Choose any order for each round.
1. Battle Ropes: Kneeling Big Arm Circles –Externally Rotate: 20
2. Jumping Jacks: 20
3. MB Relay Drill: 2x *Use 4 MB’s *Pick up ball and replace ball *Start at ball #1
4. Swiss Ball Push-Up: 10 *Lock *Keep Shoulders back & Down
5. One Leg Squat with Opp. Hand Touch: 10 each side *Keep flat back
6. Band Standing Row on 1 Foot (10 each foot)
7. MB Good Morning: 10 *Bend from Hip-Keep Back Flat *Increase ball height to increase difficulty
8. TRX Biceps Curls & Triceps Ext (10 each)
