Fat Loss Challenge Day – Total Body Workout

Each Friday we will have a challenge workout for you to test your fitness against others in the class or on the web across the country.

Pre-Workout

  • Obstacle Course Jog/Walk: 5 min

Workout: Perform the exercise below 3x as fast as possible with good form.

  1. Push-Ups with Hands on Ball:10
  2. Forward-Back Lunges: 10
  3. MB Slams: 10
  4. DB Skull Crushers with Bridge with Ball: 10
  5. Crunches with Disc:15
  6. Jump Rope: 50
  7. Burpees (no push-up):15
  8. TRX Wide Rows: 15
