Total Body Workout
Preparation: Perform 2 sets of the following exercises
- Jumping Jacks (30s)
- BW Squats (30s)
- Sit-Ups (30s)
- Backwards Lunges with Arm Raise (30s)
- Push-Ups (30s)
- Partner Mat Flips
- Three Way Lunges
- MB Push Up (One Arm and Switch)
- TRX Squats + Y Raise (30s Each) –> BW Speed Squats (30s)
- Matt Army Crawls
- Beam Over-Unders
- Tramp Jumps
