SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Workout of the Day 10/18/2010

 

 

Total Body Workout

Preparation: Perform 2 sets of the following exercises

  1. Jumping Jacks (30s)
  2. BW Squats (30s)
  3. Sit-Ups (30s)
  4. Backwards Lunges with Arm Raise (30s)
  5. Push-Ups (30s)
Workout of the Day: Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 2-3 sets for 1 minute:
 

 

  1. Partner Mat Flips
  2. Three Way Lunges
  3. MB Push Up (One Arm and Switch)
  4. TRX Squats + Y Raise (30s Each) –> BW Speed Squats (30s)
  5. Matt Army Crawls
  6. Beam Over-Unders
  7. Tramp Jumps
