Core-Cardio Workout
Perform the following exercises for 3 rounds in circuit for 60s work and 20s rest:
1. MB Kneeling Side Bend
2. MB Wall Shoulder Putt (30s each side)
3. MB Sit Up Toss to Partner (right-center-left) (30s each partner)
4. Dip Hold with Lower Ab March
5. MB Russian Twist with MB Btw Knees
6. Side Plank with Leg Raise (30s each side)
Jog for 5-10 min
