Total Body Workout

Warm-Up: 

1. Sit-Ups: 15

2. Get-Ups: 2 each side

3. Forward Lunges: 10 each

4. Prisoner Good Mornings: 10

5. One Leg Squat: 10

6. Push-Up Hold: 30s

7. Bear Crawl: 15s 

Perform the following exercises for 1 min in a circuit for 3 rounds:

1. Sandbag Get-Up (30s each side)

2. Pull & Rotate-Ropes (30s) Band Pull-Aparts (30s)

3. One Leg Squat on Unstable Environment (30s)

4. Plate Good Morning

5. Mat Push  (30s)  Bear Crawl (30s)

6. Jog with Medicine Ball
