Core-Cardio Workout

Ladder Drills:  Perform 1-2 of each movement pattern below leading in with each foot:

Forward Run, Backwards Run, Lateral Shuffle, Lateral Shuffle Skipping One (forward two-back two), Carioca Front, Carioca Back, Carioca, Bunny Jumps, Hop Scotch, Hop Scotch with One Foot

MB Triangle Pass (3-5 min)*Groups of 4 -5 *If there is a big group do MB Square Pass

Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 1 min each for 3 rounds:

1.MB Underhand Throw-Wall *Explode

2.MB Backwards Rotation-Wall (30s each side)

3.Russian Twist with Head on Swiss Ball *Hips Up

4. Push Up Hold Twister with Swiss Ball *Lock Shoulders Back & Down

5. TRX Squat with Y & T

6. Lower Abdominal Hanging Curl (30s) or Supine Lower Ab Curl (30s)
