Total Body Workout
Unilateral day: 60s per station x 2-3 Rounds
1. Single Leg Deadlift with DB (30s each leg)
2. Bike
3. Push & Rotate with Pulley (30s each arm)
4. Jump Rope/Tramp
5. Single Leg Squat (Box) (30s each leg)
6. Side to Side Slalom (Cones)
7. KB One Arm Row (30s each arm)
8. Fwd-Back Slalom (Cones)
Basketball Weave-Full Court: 5-8x
