SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Workout of the Day 05/21/2010

Total Body Workout

Core Warm-Up: Perform the following exercise for 2 sets

  1. Lower Abdominal Scissors (20)
  2. Bridge with Leg Raise (30s each side)
  3. Side Lying Groin (30s each side)
  4. Plank-Side Plank on Elbow (60s)

Workout of the Day: Perform the exercises for one minute in a circuit 2-3 times

  1. Battle Ropes-Egg Beater
  2. Bent Over Rows
  3. Ladder Drills: In-In-Out-Out (Forward & Back)
  4. MB Push-Up -Alternate Right to Left
  5. MB Single Leg Deadlift
  6. Standing MB Wood Chops
