Total Body Workout

Warm-Up: Perform 2 sets of the following exercises as quick as possible with good form:

Squats-10
Push-Ups-10
Lunges wit Arm Raise-10
Sit-Ups with Chops-15
Cobra with Legs Up-10

Workout of the Day: Perform 2-3 sets of the following exercises

1.Elastic Band Wide Rows Kneeling on Disc or Bosu
2.Split Squat Plate Press (30s each side)
3.Square Drill-Fwd, Shuffle, Back, Shuffle
4.TRX Triceps Ext
5.Wide Plate Good Mornings
6.Pit Crawl or Matt Crawl
