CORE-Cardio

Obstacle Course Jog/Walk

Warm-Up: Perform 2 Sets of the following:

Side Lying Hip AD & AB: 20 Each
Plank-Side Plank Combo: 90 & 120sWOD: Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 1 min each for 2-3 rounds

  1. Lateral ball Roll
  2. Hanging Lower Abs
  3. Reverse Fly with TRX
  4. MB Triceps Throw-Wall
  5. Push-Up Hold with Hands on Ball
  6. MB Figure 8’s
