Warm-Up: Perform 1-2 sets of the following exercises as quick as possible with good form:
- Backwards Lunges with Arm Raise-10
- Split Squats-10
- Plank-Triceps Ext-1 min
- Supine Russian Twist-10
- Running Warm-Up: High Knee Run & Skip, Jog-Forward & Back, Lateral Shuffle & Skip, Monster Walk-Forward & Back: 5 Min
Workout of the Day: Perform 2-3 sets of the following exercises for 1 min
1. Battle Ropes: Backwards Lunges with Single Wave (30s)
2. Split Squats with Foot on Matt (30s each leg)
3. Partner Sandbag Run
4. TRX One Arm Row (30s each arm)
5. Lateral M Sprint
6. Dips on Beam
