We are learning lots of new ways to give you results even faster and how to run the business side of things more efficiently.

We tend to hear lots of different recommendations for exercise and nutrition out there; however, most of the fitness and metabolic experts are very consistent on how to achieve the best weight and fat loss results.

You must do 2-3 days/week of high intensity interval training for your weekly training program (unless you have injuries, adrenal issues, and other conditions that would make your condition worse).
