I now have 4 fantastic locations for boot camps from Burlingame – Menlo Park.
I revised the Results Proven -21 Day Detox and the New 10 Day Detox Program was a big hit.
After the completion of the 10 Day Detox Program with over 100 participants, I kind of went into a state of overwhelm. My goal for every program I develop is to give you outstanding support by creating systems that allow you to maximize the programs’ benefits and to achieve the FAST and SAFE Results you are desiring.
The systems have now been created and are better than ever (of course I will always tweak and make better based upon your feedback). Unfortunately, developing these systems and the flood of new clients in boot camps & detox programs pushed me over my limits.

I tell you this because I have been off for the month of July and somewhat MIA on emails. I also tell you this because many of my clients and friends are also in a state of overwhelm and I wanted to let you know that even I (the guy who coaches others to decrease stress and improve health & vitality) has his moments.
In order to balance life’s challenges at work, home, etc., we must learn how to slow down and restore. You may have the knowledge like I do, but are you doing what you need to do to allow your body, mind & spirit to reach its optimal potential.

Many of you may be thinking that everything I have done in July seems over the top and I agree, but it is well needed, as I tend to push the limits of my body like many of you.
As I said I am on a mission to be the best I can. I feel that if I am not at my best, I am cheating my clients, friends, family and the community because I will not be able to give as much as I should. Also, through these experiences I am grateful because now I have been in the trenches and this will allow me to assist more people in achieving their optimal health & vitality.
