Makes 1 serving
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 carrot (peeled and sliced)
- 2 tbsp cashews
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 serving protein powder
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup ice cubes
- Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender and mix until smooth.
