Group Personal Training/Boot Camp Guidelines

Please review the Group Personal Training/Boot Camp Guidelines so can  all have a safe, positive, upbeat and successful training environment. Thank you for following our guidelines and for your full cooperation.

  • Sign up for classes in advance at
  • Check in when you arrive to class.
  • Arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to perform warm-up exercises: rolling, self-massage, deep breathing and stretching to prepare yourself physically and mentally for your workout.
  • Bring a towel to wipe up your sweat.
  • Avoid wearing any perfumes and colognes before you come to class.
  • Remove your outdoor footwear at the Belmont and Burlingame locations. You can clean shoes for indoor workouts.
  • Bring your water in a spill-proof container.
  • Limit side conversations during the warm up time. Be courteous of others in the program.
  • No children allowed in any workout area.
  • If your children are unable to sit quietly, you will need to leave the class (no exceptions).
  • No gossiping, personal drama, judging or complaining at any time. If you have any issues contact Brien or Anne directly.
  • No quitting. If a movement is too difficult, modify it according to the trainer’s instructions or take a quick break.

Late Policy

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late you will not be allowed to attend the class. Please join the next class.

Suggestions for Success

  1. Take your measurements each week to check your progress and check in with your accountability coach
  2. Join our Private Facebook Coaching Group (Overall Membership)- those who are more connected and involved with our community achieve greater results consistently!
  3. Congratulate yourself for each class completed!
