Hey, it’s 10:45 pm on January 19, 2010. We are now more than half way through the first month of the year.
It’s been 19 days since you may have promised yourself to get in shape and to workout each day to lose body fat and weight.

The participants at the New SF Bay Area Fit Body Camp in San Carlos are having fun, getting in shape and getting more toned everyday. It has been awesome for Mike and I to witness this group transform in less than 3 weeks.

We are now opening up the second round of the 21 Day Rapid Fat Loss Program for another motivated group that wants RESULTS! This program is not like other boot camps. We are indoors in a state of the art facility at Paye’s Sports Performance (old Velocity building) with the best equipment you can find. We are lifting real weights…not 3 pound dumbbells or plastic exercise bands that a teacher carries from their car at an outdoor cold & wet boot camp. The program is structured similar to a private personal training session with progression with advanced skill and fitness and modifications for those who have injuries.

Here’s the deal. We are opening the second round of the New 21 Day Rapid Weight Loss Program to only 19 more motivated participants (as this program is a beta test and we already have additional boot campers taking the program).
The 21 day rapid fat loss boot camp is an indoor fitness boot camp that will last (three weeks).
The best results will come if you attend 3-5 days per week.
Since it’s a group class everyone will participate at their own level so it doesn’t matter what shape you’re in¦ you’re going to get amazing results during these 21 days.
Here’s what you need to know:
Boot camp times are 6:00 AM and 9:30 AM Monday through Friday at Paye’s Sports Performance in San Carlos (595 Industrial Rd). (We ask that you commit to at least three days a week for best results) As a bonus, we are doing a FREE Community Boot Camp on Saturdays @ 8 AM, for those of you that want to spend your Saturday morning with us. This is also a great opportunity to bring as many people as you want for FREE!
We’re cutting the cost from our regular class price of $249/month to only $97 for this special 21 day boot camp.
We’re also including a free 21 day meal plan to help you get even faster results.
Since this is an on-going boot camp and we already have a group attending daily, we only have room for 19 more participants. We are doing the registration on a first call first serve basis.
