21 Days? Really?

Some have been confused by my two 21 Day Programs. There is a 21 Day Rapid Loss Program and a 21 Day Detox Program. Both are commitments to yourself, but totally different.

The 21 Day Rapid Loss Program is a combination of high intensity exercise intervals done in a group format (aka Boot Camp) and my RESET Program (Nutrition & Lifestyle Program) designed to RESET your metabolism.

The 21 Day Detox Program is a Medical Detoxification Program designed to help you remove toxins and by doing so, health is restored and fat is reduced (often significantly).

Many have asked why these programs are 21 days.

21 Day Mind Set –  According to the book, “Psycho-Cybernetics” it takes the brain 21 days to RESET itself and create a new habit.  When you want to make a change, don’t tell yourself that you are doing it for life; rather, tell yourself that you are going to try it for only 21 days.
