Here are some of the key tips for success (most were mentioned in the video):

  • Create a deadline for yourself to reach your health & fitness goals. We all tend to achieve more when there is a deadline. I have done this for you in this program by making it only 28 DAYS.
  • Fitness is easy. Just show up to one of our group training sessions at least 3x per week.
  • Follow the approved food list and avoid the foods which often create digestive havoc and blood sugar problems. See the nutrition plan and learn which foods are high in overall starch and fructose. These foods should be avoided if you want to optimize your health and lower you belly fat and weight.
  • Plan what you are going to do tomorrow…TODAY!
    • Prep your foods- first you need to go shopping
    • Set aside your workout clothes and work clothes
    • Write your overall to do’s on one list and your tomorrow to do’s on another list (only list 3-5)
  • Sleep at least 7 hours and go to bed and wake around the same time. Get up early and go to sleep early.
  • Review your welcome email and nutrition plan for more.
  • Complete the goal sheet for the next 28 days
  • Once complete you will meet with one of our life coaches to discuss specific strategies for your success.
  • You will also have a nutrition coaching session to help guide you with the program and your questions.
  • Measure your body fat and weight every Monday
