4. Zig Zag
5. Shuffle
6. Carioca
7. Skips
8. Shuffle with Skip
9. Liners
Perform the following exercises for 1 min each for 2-3 rounds:
1. Pulley Wood Chops (30s each side)
2. One Leg Bridges (30s each side)
3. Plate Reverse Chops (30s each side)
4. Swiss Ball Kneeling Balance
5. Bosu Crunches
6. Band Standing Walking Side Step (30s each side)
7. Glider Plank Groin
8. Superman Fly
