Perform the following exercises for 25 min. See how many rounds you can complete.

1. TRX Wide Rows: 15

2. Bosu Shuffle: 15 Each Side

3. Tubing Push & Rotate 10 Each Side

4. MB Wall Ball: 20

5. Ropes: Overhand Grip Double Wave: 20

6. Leg Curls with Ball: 15

7. Plate Side Bend: 20 Each Side

8. Combo Crunch: 15 Each Side

Cool down & stretch (5 minutes)
