Upper Body Day
Core Circuit: Perform 2 Sets
- Push Up Hold with Hands on Ball: 1 Min Hold (Advanced-Lift 1 Leg)
- Side Bend Over Ball : 10-15 Each Side
- Cobra over Ball: 1 Min Hold
Ladder Drills: 2-4 x each
- Run Through-Fwd–> Back
- Lateral 2 Feet Shuffle–> Lateral Forward-Back Shuffle
- Icky Shuffle Fwd–> Back
T-Drill: 4-8x
Strength Work: Perform 2-3 Rounds for 1 Minute
- Plank with Feet on Discs
- Standing Row with Retraction
- Wood Chops (High to Low): 30 s Each Side
- Freemotion Chest Press
Bonus Exercise: Kettlebell Get-Ups 1-2 sets x2-3 Reps
