Upper Body Day

Core Circuit: Perform 2 Sets

  1. Push Up Hold with Hands on Ball: 1 Min Hold (Advanced-Lift 1 Leg)
  2. Side Bend Over Ball : 10-15 Each Side
  3. Cobra over Ball: 1 Min Hold

Ladder Drills: 2-4 x each

  1. Run Through-Fwd–> Back
  2. Lateral 2 Feet Shuffle–> Lateral Forward-Back Shuffle
  3. Icky Shuffle Fwd–> Back

T-Drill: 4-8x

Strength Work: Perform 2-3 Rounds for 1 Minute

  1. Plank with Feet on Discs
  2. Standing Row with Retraction
  3. Wood Chops (High to Low): 30 s Each Side
  4. Freemotion Chest Press

Bonus Exercise: Kettlebell Get-Ups 1-2 sets x2-3 Reps
