Cardio-Leg Circuit: Perform each exercise for 1 minute for 2-3 sets
- Jumping Jacks
- Forward-Back Lunges with Medicine Ball Rotation
- Mountain Climber w/ Ball Hold
- Squats with Medicine Ball Circle
Speed/Agility/Quickness:
Ladder Drills: Perform 2-4 each from both sides
- In-In-Out-Out
- In-In-Out-Out (Skip One)
- Carioca-Front
- Carioca-Back
- Carioca-Combo
5-10-5 Drill-Perform 3-6 reps
