Lower Body Day

Cardio-Leg Circuit: Perform each exercise for 1 minute for 2-3 sets

  1. Jumping Jacks
  2. Forward-Back Lunges with Medicine Ball Rotation
  3. Mountain Climber w/ Ball Hold
  4. Squats with Medicine Ball Circle

Speed/Agility/Quickness:

Ladder Drills: Perform 2-4 each from both sides

  1. In-In-Out-Out
  2. In-In-Out-Out (Skip One)
  3. Carioca-Front
  4. Carioca-Back
  5. Carioca-Combo

5-10-5 Drill-Perform 3-6 reps
