Total Body Workout
Core Work: 60s per exercise x2 Rounds
1. 4 PT Tuck (Hold 10s)
2. Combo Crunch
3. Side Plank with Rotation (30s Each Side)
4. Modified Superman (1s Hold)
Unilateral day: 60s per station x2-3 Rounds
1. Single Leg Deadlift with DB (30s each leg)
2. Push & Rotate with Pulley (30s each arm)
3. Single Leg Squat (Box) (30s each leg)
4. KB One Arm Row (30s each arm)
5. Step-Ups with Knee Up (30s each leg)
6. Push-Up Hold with 1 Arm Rotation (30s each arm)
Box Drill: 5-8x
