Core and Cardio: 2-3 Rounds of 1 Minute
1. Body Blade with Kneel on Bosu
2. Side Walk with Band
3. Jack Knife with Ball
4. Lower Ab with Ball
5. Lateral Ball Roll
6. Reverse Hyper
7. Groin on Slide Board with Plank
Forward Jog- 4 Laps
