Total Body Workout
Core: 2-3 Rounds of 1 Minute
- Partner MB Sit-Up Toss
- Partner MB Modified Superman Push
Speed/Agility Work: 3-4 Rounds of 1 Minute
1) MB Forward/Back Pedal Pass Drill (As A Group)
Strength Work: 2-3 Rounds of 1 Minute
1) Split Squats With MB O/H Press
2) Straight Arm Pulldowns on FM
3) Sled-Pull Through Walks
4) MB Slams
5) Push Ups On Stability Ball
6) MB Good Mornings
