Total Body Workout

Preparation Work: Perform 2 sets

  • Backwards Lunge with Arm Raise: 10
  • Push-Up Hold w/ 1 Arm Rotation: 5 each side
  • Lower Abdominal: 10
  • Rocking Bridge: 10

300 Workout: Perform 50 of each (no particular order)

  • Wall Ball
  • TRX/Ring Row
  • Overhead Squats
  • MB Close Grip Push-Ups
  • Step-Ups (25 Each)
  • Reverse Pull-Ups/Pull-Ups
